Vision

We see a world where cannabis regulations are
responsible and thoughtful, where research has
been prioritized, stigma eradicated, and humanity
is making full use of the cannabis plant.

Mission

To improve the standing of the international cannabis
industry, and those industries that touch cannabis,
in an effort to see this plant regain its rightful place
as one of the world’s most important crops.

HARMONIZING

Over the next decade, the number of countries who have legalized some uses of cannabis will grow exponentially. So will the patchwork of regulations and arbitrary designations that inhibit making
full use of cannabis for the benefit of the global community.
The ICTA is a global industry body, working towards harmonizing regulations around the world to allow for the free, fair, and uninhibited trade of cannabis. We work with organizations around the world at the national level, pooling and connecting resources, talent, and lessons learned from other jurisdictions across international boundaries.
